Payment Policy

A deposit through PayPal or Bank Transfer is required to guarantee your spot at the course. The remaining balance has to be paid via Bank Transfer two weeks before a retreat starts. In case of a Yoga Teacher Training half of the remaining balance needs to be paid two month in advance, the rest of it two days before the training starts. If agreed with the Ancstral Retreats team you can pay also in cash on the day of the arrival. Please note that we accept cash in Euros (€), USD ($) or Pesos (COP) only. USD and COP are based on the exchange rate against the Euro, Ancestral Retreats defines beforehand.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made at least 90 days prior the start of the training/retreat receives a full refund of the deposit on request. Cancellations made 89 days or less before the training/retreat cannot be refunded. The deposit is non-refundable, however, the deposit already paid may be transferred to another Ancestral Retreats event. The amount of the credit should be discussed in consultation with the Ancestral Retreats team. In the event of a spontaneous cancellation a few days before the start of the training/retreat, we cannot refund the fee already paid. Once you have started the course the fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. We have this refund policy because we also have to pay for our venues and other expenses in advance.

Accommodation

If you have specific requests or needs for your room, we will do our best to accommodate you, however we cannot give any guarantees. All rooms are allocated on the first come first served basis, so the sooner you sign up, the more likely your requests will be fulfilled. If you do not have a roommate, you will be paired with another guest(s). If you’re joining the training with your friend/partner, please specify who your roommate will be when signing up for the course.

​Instructor Cancellation Policy

Students will be fully refunded should the instructor(s) need to cancel the Retreat for any reason including but not limited to: natural disaster, acts of terrorism, medical/personal/family/work emergencies.
If the Retreat is at half capacity or less 90 days prior to the start date, Ancestral Retreats reserves the right to cancel the event. In such case all paid deposits will be refunded.
Students’ flight/ferry tickets and/or additional accommodation costs and/or general travel expenses will NOT be reimbursed should the instructor(s) cancel the Retreat.
The additional purchase of TRAVEL/HEALTH INSURANCE is highly recommended to provide the utmost protection for all students, and to prevent financial loss.​
